A short 25km loop into the Lyth Valley from Kendal.Route: from home into town and up over Scout Scar on the Underbarrow Road to the Punch Bowl at Underbarrow for a pint. Then by the direct toute to Brigsteer and Levens for lunch. Afterwards, over the Sizergh Fell road home via Natland.
Conditions: sunny and warm verging on hot.
