Route: From Danby to Bridlington via up a very steep hill (pictured) and then a long slow descent to Whitby for coffee, along a clinker railway line (Sustrans Route 1) to Scarborough for lunch, and Hunmanby on the Yorkshire Wolds for tea.
Conditions: A sunny start followed some cloud and a brief shower and then a sunny afternoon and evening.
