Week 3 run 1 of the Cto5Km (while Lois was at a ministry training day).Route: taking the train to Burneside and walking and running north along the road to Bowston. Turning half right on a footpath observing where the weir had recently been removed. Continuing to Cowan Head and taking the second footpath to the left climbing diagonally towards Cragg Farm though staying on a more natural line to take a tarmac track downhill to pick up a foot to the walled path towards the railway crossing. Thence to the Millyard.
Conditions: a warm sunny day.
