Week 3, run 2 of the Cto5Km.Route: leaving the car at the usual parking space at GR349 490 and walking north on the gradually rising path. Then running and walking as per the programme to exit the gate in the corner, reach the trig point, return to the gate and descend via the spooky building and escarpment adding in an extra run to descend to the start.
Conditions: a hot sunny May day.
